The incident that happened in Maguindanao is surely gory. The killing that happened was merciless and very inhuman. It is obvious that the reasons of this massacre are politics and power in the government.
The facts that we gave are against the Ampatuans, we can see that it is really that Ampatuans did this massacre. The whole thing was already in place, the only thing that they are waiting for is the Mangudadatu's move. An evidence is that they made dughole to bury all the bodies that they killed and the vehicles that was used in the convoy to Shariff Aguak. The big burying place cannot be done in a single hour or minutes, it is obvious that they made this before the incident happened. And when medias wants to hear their side, they give no comments and refuse for conducting interviews. So what this things says? if they are not guilty on the case, they would be confident enough to face the medias and tell whatever they know. When Andal Ampatuan was caught, he accused the MILF for doing this masaccre, but the MILF proved that they don't even care in this killing.main
So the things that happened were done for a reason, that is politics.
let's just wait justice for the inoccent lives that were taken away.

Analyzation
Seeing thru this mass murder, there are things that were not clear related to the Ampatuan’s and the Administration. What can be the root of this gory killing of about 56 people? What are the reasons of this killing? Is our president related or part of this? These are some questions that most of us are asking. But running thru this brutal killing, is the Mangudadatu clean of this act? Did they do something that provoked the Ampatuans to do this?
Some facts, the Ampatuan clan and Mangudadatu clan are strong families in the Maguindanao. They are said to have a rivalry in terms of power. So when Andal Ampatuan caught the news that Toto Mangudadatu was about to file his COC for governor, Andal immediately sends his army to block the way to Shariff Aguak where the local Comelec is located. And the incident happened. Good thing that Toto was not included in the convoy, they anticipated that he will be hurt if he himself would file the COC. But many relatives of Toto were killed; even Medias were included on the tragic.
Days after the incident, they charge Andal Ampatuan of multiple murder. He cannot be bailed form jail. On an interview, Andal Ampatuan said that the MILF was all behind this massacre, another strategy to turn the blame on him. But the MILF were really not involved in this killing. This was proven by MILF spokesman Eid Kabalu. “We do not want to glorify his statement. There is absolutely no basis at all for his statement,” Kabalu said.
“I have nothing to do with it. I turned myself in and agreed to come here to show everyone that I was not in hiding and that I am innocent,” Ampatuan said, gesticulating wildly with his hands thrust through the metal bars of his cell.
“Umbra Kato and the MILF are responsible,” he alleged.
Bodies were found, and when these photos reached the Palace, PGMA declared marshall law in Maguindanao. People disagreed on this declaration; some said it would be her way to cha-cha. But Devandera said “the basis for declaring martial law was a rebellion in the sense that the Ampatuans already had their own firearms and ammunition” on an interview in dzML.
We must know that this killing was already planned, many people were involved. Evidence that this incident is already planned is when they buried the bodies and even the vehicles that were used on the convoy to the Shariff Aguak.
Another thing is that the Ampatuans are forming there own government in Maguindanao having their own army and ammunitions that were buried near their territories. And if Andal Ampatuan was not guilty, why would his family avoid the media or an interview to hear their side.
Lastly, the declaration of Marshall Law in Maguindanao, is the President realy have good reasons on declaring this or does she have a sinister motive?
“The Akbayan Party sees a sinister motive behind the imposition of marital law in Maguindanao, saying that filing rebellion charges against members of theclan Ampatuan clan may serve as smokescreen to acquit the powerful family blamed for masterminding the massacre.” – GMA news
“The joint congressional session to deliberate on the proclamation may be used as an opportunity for Cha-cha. Alam mo naman itong administrasyong ito, hangga’t mailulusot, lulusot (You know this administration, it will wriggle out in any way it could)," Casiple said in an interview with GMANews.TV Saturday night. - LBG/RSJ, GMANews.TV

Facts about the Maguindanao massacre
MANILA, Philippines - Forty-three persons – including a politician about to file her and her brother’s certificates of candidacy (COCs), as well as journalists covering the event – were confirmed killed when heavily armed men waylaid the group on its way to the local Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in Maguindanao. Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Public Information Office chief Lt. Col. Romero Brawner confirmed that as of yesterday afternoon, ground troops had recovered 21 bodies – 13 women and eight men – from the massacre site in Barangay Saniag, Ampatuan town. Supporters of Buluan Vice Mayor Toto Mangudadatu and Mangudadatu Vice Mayor Eden Mangudadatu and their companions were on their way to the Comelec office to file COCs at around 10:30 a.m. when they were blocked at a checkpoint manned by some 100 Maguindanao police personnel and armed civilian volunteers allegedly led by Datu Unsay town mayor Datu Andal Ampatuan Jr. Toto Mangudadatu, who was not with the convoy, is reportedly eyeing the gubernatorial seat in the May 2010 elections and had asked his wife to file his COC. Aside from Bai Eden, the other victims were identified as Genalyn Tiamzon-Mangudadatu, the vice mayor’s wife who was raped before being killed; lawyers Connie Brizuela and Cynthia Oquendo and her father, Bai Farinah Mangudadatu; Faridah Sabdulah; Manguba Bai Mangudadatu, Toto’s aunt; Farida Mangudadatu, Toto’s youngest sister.Toto said his wife and her companions left Buluan town at about 9 a.m. on board several vehicles and were flagged down by armed men at Barangay Kauran in Ampatuan, Maguindanao some 30 minutes later.“Six members of the group that was to bring my certificate of candidacy to Shariff Aguak were beheaded by the gunmen that flagged them down at a portion of a highway near Shariff Aguak. The police and the military have to do something,” Mangudadatu told Catholic station dxND in Kidapawan City.“I opted not to provide armed security escorts to the group to avoid possible tension during the filing of my COC,” he added. The Mangudadatu clan is known to have a long-running feud with the family of Maguindanao’s incumbent Gov. Andal Ampatuan Sr., who police said is known to have his own private army.
